General provisions

The Site, depending on the context, also means the software of the Site, its program code, design (graphic design) of the Site, any section (subsection) of the Site, as well as information posted on the Site by the Administration.

In addition, the User agrees that the Website Administration may collect, use, transmit, process and maintain information related to the User's access to the Personal Account in order to provide (improve) services.
- The Site Administration undertakes to collect only the personal information that the User provides voluntarily in the event that the information is required to provide (improve) services to the User.
- The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the area of technical means of communication controlled by the Site Administration, the Site Administration is not responsible for any damage caused by such access.
Other terms and conditions
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

If, for any reason, one or more provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
The Website is the object of intellectual property rights of the Website Administration. The use of the Website by the Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine.
The User and the Website Administration will try to resolve all disputes and disagreements between them through negotiations. In case of impossibility to resolve disputes and disagreements through negotiations, they shall be subject to consideration in the appropriate court at the place of registration of the Site Administration.
Changes to the Agreement
The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement and introduce a new one. Such changes come into force at the time of their posting on the Site. The User's use of the Website materials after the amendment of the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.
